From the North:

• Join the M66 motorway signposted Manchester.
• Leave the M66 at junction 2, then at roundabout take the second exit onto the A58 (signposted Rochdale).
• Continue along the A58 for approximately 1.5 miles.
• Turn right onto Rosehill Street, Merchants Gate is located on the right hand side.

From the South:

• Take the A576 (signposted M60, Rochdale).
• At the roundabout take the 1st exit, then join the M60 motorway (signposted Ring Road West).
• Continue forward onto the M66. Leave at junction 2, and at the roundabout take the 5th exit onto the A58 (signposted Rochdale).
• Continue along the A58 for approximately 1.5 miles.
• Turn right onto Rosehill Street, Merchants Gate is located on the right hand side.
